I am writing this letter to recommend James Kaspar and Kaspar Computer Consultants. James was an invaluable resource during the two years I was office manager at Kelly’s French Bakery/Compagnon Inc. Our company has a great variety of needs and James was able to come up with creative and often cost saving solutions to almost all our concerns. If James wasn’t able to solve the problem with his own expertise, which was considerable, he wouldn’t hesitiate to research the problem and return with a solution in a timely manner.

Our bakery provided fresh products seven days a week so it was necessary to reproduce our inventory daily. Our production was dependent on our software running smoothly and James was always on call in some way to respond to any crisis we might run into whether it was after hours or on a weekend.

In addition he was able to explain and to decipher the more technical aspects of computers, printers and the internet so that we were able to use our systems more efficiently and also to trouble shoot on our own.
